Delivery Policy

Delivery is 7-10 working business days. Due to our short processing time, we will not be able to make any changes once your order has been placed. Once your order is processed you will receive an email confirmation. You will be emailed tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.

For international shipping, please contact us at support@onehome.com.my and shipping time will be advised accordingly.

Shipping Service

Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes or hotels. Customer should be responsible for any tax fee.

A signature is required for all deliveries, regardless of any waivers you may have with the shipping company. The person listed on the invoice is required to sign for receipt of the package. All deliveries are made on weekdays, Monday to Friday.

Shipping Charges

We offer weight and location-based shipping at One Home (OH) Online Store. Upon purchasing any items at One Home (OH) Online Store, you can enjoy low cost shipping with our designated courier.
You can also pick up your order at One Home (OH) physical store. In addition, we shall not be liable for any damage or loss occurred during shipping. Shipping is currently restricted to Malaysia addresses only.
